2. We drop them off at our sorting facility for route optimization.
3. We dispatch packages efficiently using our fleet of delivery drivers who follow assigned routes.

How much does your service cost?

Fees depend on the size of the parcels and your daily/monthly volume. Typically, our fees are competitive to Canada Post’s 2-3 day delivery charge. Contact us for more info!

How do I know if you can deliver for me?

As long as your inventory is located in the GTA, we are able to pick it up whether it’s from your storefront or from your warehouse. In all shapes, sizes, and form.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

No, we cannot deliver to PO boxes as they do not accept any other courier service other than Canada Post.

What are failed Deliveries?

There are circumstances where packages are unable to be delivered:

1. The receiver was absent, meaning there was no one at the address to receive the parcel.

2. The delivery address was incorrect/incomplete. This does not necessarily mean that you wrote down the wrong address. It can be that the instructions were unclear or that some details were missing.

3. The driver could not access the delivery location.

The failed deliveries will be slated in for retry the following day. Charges may be applied.

If we are unable to perform, or suffer delay in performance, due to any cause beyond our reasonable control (regardless of whether the cause was foreseeable), including without limitation acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, communicable disease outbreaks, famine, plague or other natural calamities, inclement or unusually severe weather conditions, strikes, labor shortage or disturbance, fire, accident, war or civil disturbance, delays of carriers, cyber-attacks, terrorist attacks, failure of normal sources of supply, acts or inaction of government including any legal prohibition on our ability to conduct the its business, including passing of a statute, decree, regulation or order by a relevant governmental or judicial authority prohibiting us from conducting our business, the time of performance will be extended by a period equal to the length of time it takes to overcome the effect of the event. We will notify you within a reasonable time after becoming aware of any such event, but we will not be liable to you if we fail to provide such notice.

How does Shippie work?

During the onboarding process, all delivery partners are required to go through our Standards & Etiquette training.

On the field, each delivery partner comes to our sorting facility and picks up 30-50 packages at once. You then deliver the parcels one at a time according to our APP.

How do we get paid?

You are paid every week. We deposit your earnings to your bank account directly.

How are the schedules?

We have two shifts every day. The first shift is from 8am - 2 pm where you’re expected to deliver 50 packages. The second shift is from 3pm-9pm where you’re expected to deliver 30 packages.

How will shoppers know I'm a Shippie delivery partner?

The shoppers will get text message notifications prior to your arrival at their premise.

How do I know whether it's the appropriate shopper's porch and is safe to drop off the package?

Training will be provided during our onboarding process on identifying safe and appropriate premises and situations for drop off.

How do I know which package to deliver first?
